By creating an account, making a purchase, or using any feature on the JobFitPack website, application, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using the platform.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our services. By using JobFitPack, you warrant that you possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract.
Target Role Packs are purchased on a one-time basis. Each pack prepares one job description and resume for a specific interview.
A single pack costs $4.99 USD. Packs are applied to your account after payment and do not expire while your account remains active.
Each complete group of 5 Target Role Packs uses the bundle price shown at checkout. Buying 10 packs also adds one bonus pack.
Standard Target Role Pack purchases are final once their preparation resources are consumed, except as required by applicable law. If you are invited to the Phase 0 Interview Proof Pack test and a confirmed $4.99 payment does not unlock the corresponding target-job pack, we will restore that access or refund the test payment. This failure protection does not promise a hiring outcome or refund a successfully delivered pack merely because its guidance was not used.
JobFitPack utilizes large language models to construct recommendations, ATS compatibility scores, tailored resumes, and interview preparation questions. LLMs are subject to "hallucinations," formatting errors, and factual inaccuracies.
Sole Responsibility: You retain sole responsibility for reviewing, fact-checking, and confirming the absolute truthfulness and correctness of any resume, profile, or cover letter edited or suggested by JobFitPack. You are solely responsible for ensuring you do not make false statements or omit material facts on job applications.
No Guarantees of Career Advancement: JobFitPack explicitly disclaims any warranties that the tailored outputs will guarantee job interviews, employment offers, salary increases, or any other specific career outcomes. The final decision to hire is governed solely by third-party recruiters and employers.
Our research engine accesses job description pages and public company profiles on your behalf using specialized automated connectors to evaluate alignment with your resume.
• No Endorsement: JobFitPack is an independent software tool. All third-party platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Their inclusion does not constitute an endorsement, partnership, or affiliation.
• Service Limitation: We are not responsible for the availability, legal terms, or accuracy of third-party job listings or company policies crawled. If a third-party site restricts access or modifies its public web layout, our crawlers may fail, and we are not liable for such disruptions.
You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform. You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL JOBFITAI, ITS FOUNDERS, OFFICERS, OR SERVICE PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES) ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF FIFTY US DOLLARS ($50.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO JOBFITAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE INCIDENT.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without giving effect to conflicts of law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the determination of the scope or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be determined by final and binding arbitration in Delaware (or online) administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. **You and JobFitPack agree that each may bring claims against the other only in your or its individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.**
