We limit our collection of personal information to what is strictly necessary to analyze, tailor, and prepare your application materials. We obtain data through three channels:
We process your data strictly to fulfill the optimization service you request. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data or resumes.
We do not train shared models, public artificial intelligence networks, or LLMs on your uploaded resume files or individual career details.

We restrict access to your personal data and application reports to you. Access controls and session authentication ensure that your resumes, matching history, and generated materials are private to your logged-in account.
We retain your resume uploads and dashboard records to ensure you can re-access and track your job application pipeline. You retain complete ownership over the lifecycle of this data.
You can permanently delete any resume, job record, or outcome card from the Profile tab at any time. This removes the files and all associated database records from our active servers immediately.
If you reside in California, you are entitled to specific rights: (i) the Right to Know what categories of personal information we collect, (ii) the Right to Request Deletion of your data, and (iii) the Right to Non-Discrimination. JobFitPack does not sell or share personal information (including for behavioral advertising). You can exercise your right to delete and access data directly inside the platform or by contacting us at the address below.
We process personal information in alignment with the ten fair information principles set out in Schedule 1 of the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). Consent is acquired implicitly through user-initiated uploads, and limited strictly to our resume matching pipeline.
JobFitPack is strictly targeted toward professional adult job seekers. We do not knowingly collect, retain, or process information from users under the age of 16 (or under 13 in compliance with COPPA). If we learn that a user is underage, their account and files will be purged immediately.
