What the product stores, who processes it, and what deletion does today.
We limit our collection of personal information to what is strictly necessary to analyze, tailor, and prepare your application materials. We obtain data through three channels:
We process submitted data to authenticate your account, run the analysis you request, generate outputs, support payment, and operate the service. The current product does not include a feature that sells resume contents or candidate profiles.
When production analytics is enabled and you allow product events, we record a limited set of product actions using a random browser identifier and an opaque analysis identifier. Product events do not include resume or job-description text, recordings, answer text, names, email addresses, source URLs, or source snippets. Development builds keep allowed product events in a local debug buffer instead of sending them to the production analytics account. You can decline or withdraw product-event consent below; withdrawing removes the browser identifier used by this event contract.

JobFitPack does not use uploaded resumes to train its own shared model. When an AI-powered feature is enabled, relevant job and resume text may be sent to the configured AI API provider to produce the output you requested. That provider's handling is governed by its configured service terms and settings.
If you choose voice practice, your microphone audio streams directly from your browser to the configured transcription provider. JobFitPack receives and stores the resulting transcript and basic duration/pause observations, not the recording. You can review or delete the transcript before submitting it. The provider's handling is governed by its service terms and settings.
The service relies on configured third-party providers. Data sent depends on the feature you use:
Analysis routes require an authenticated session and verify the owning user before returning or deleting a record. Resume storage uses user-scoped paths and requires the corresponding storage policies to be applied in each deployed environment.
No fixed automatic deletion period is currently configured. Analysis records—including saved practice answers, feedback, and fact choices—and uploaded resumes are retained so you can revisit them until you delete the analysis or request account-level deletion. Cached public source artifacts may be retained and reused separately.
You can delete an analysis from the Profile page. This removes the analysis from active history and requests deletion of its uploaded resume file. File cleanup is best effort: if the storage provider call fails, an orphaned file may remain until maintenance cleanup. Deleting an analysis does not delete your account or shared public-source cache.
You can review your analysis history in the product. Contact us if you need an export, correction, or information about data that is not visible in your account.
Delete individual analyses from Profile. For an account-level deletion request or questions about backups and provider records, contact the address below. Applicable legal rights can vary by location.
JobFitPack is intended for adult job seekers. Contact us if you believe a minor has submitted personal data so the request can be reviewed and handled.
